Poet Bairagi Kainla has been felicitated by hundreds of citizens in Ranke of Panchthar. Kaila was felicitated as a citizen in the organization of Falgunand Pragya Pratishthan, Falgunand rural municipality Phaktep, Panchthar.
After the felicitation, the chief guest of the program, Bairagi Kaila, inaugurated the Falgunanda Literature Festival-2081. In Kaila's keynote speech on life and world, he spoke about the education, path and development of Ubela of Panchthar. He also gave a long discourse about how he reached the city after struggling from Panchthar and turned his way into poetry and Mundhum.
