Author Jeeva Lamichhane's new work 'Intact Antarctica' has been released. Author Ziva Lamichhane and journalist Basant Basnet launched the book in a special ceremony held on Wednesday at Nepal Pragya-Pratisthana's double in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
In the program, there was also a special interaction between writer Ziva Lamichhane and journalist Basant Basnet about books. Author Basnet said that the book effectively presents the beauty, research and environmental message of Antarctica. "This book is not just a travel memoir, but also an interesting craft of a mysterious place," he said. "Its simplicity, linguistic sweetness and excellent combination will charm everyone." "In this, the author has adopted a different style of writing," he said, "he has increased the ooze of the book by using a new method in memoirs." Basnet says that even though the stories are from cold places, it gives a sense of the warmth of the writing.
The writer Ziva Lamichhane said that before going to Antarctica, he said that he would write and during the trip he has written 25 thousand words. "I went to Antarctica with the preparation to write," he said, "After coming back, I studied some sources." And I will speed up the writing of the book. That is why it is possible to bring the book in about a year, said Lamichhane.
