'Tikapur Literature Festival-2081' will be held on February 25-27 under the organization of Tikapur Sahitya Samaj. This second edition of Tikapur Literature Festival has been named as 'Pahlmansingh Swar Sahitya Special Edition', according to the organizer.

It is mentioned in the statement issued by the society that in this edition, the overall personality and works of Nepal's first playwright Pahalmansingh Swar will be discussed and debated.  The

festival will have 21 debate sessions. According to the release, Khadg Smriti National Honor Award of Rs.1 lakh will also be awarded at the festival, where there will be a scholarly lecture by writer and scholar Hari Sharma. "It has been decided to give the said award to Dhananjay Timilsina and Bal Bahadur Rawal," the statement said, "Tikapur Sahitya Samaj Pratibha Award of 50,000 will be given to writer Vivek Ojha."  In addition to literature, alternative politics, women's leadership at the local level, society, Tharu culture, development, tourism, Dalit issues, philosophy of life, Nepali movies and the challenges and opportunities of Tikapur will be debated at the
