'Amar Nemwang Smriti Literary Award' to Dharavasi and Swapnil Smriti

The 'Amar Nemwang Limbu Memorial Literary Award and Award' established in the memory of the late Amar Nemwang, writer, writer and the then chairman of Phalgunand Rural Municipality, will be awarded jointly to poets Krishna Dharavasi and Swapnil Smriti this year.

The Amar Nemwang Limbu Memorial Foundation established by Nemwang's family members has decided to jointly award honors and awards to Dharawasi and Swapnil on Nemwang's sixth memorial day. The amount of the prize, which will be distributed on the occasion of Nemwang's memorial day on January 26, is 50,000 in cash and a letter of appreciation. According to Munindra Nemwang, president of

foundation, on January 26, the foundation is going to distribute relief to the parents of children and girls who lost their lives in Falelung bomb blast and to the flood victims along with literary honors to poets Dharawasi and Swapnil.

Honored Dharavasi Madan award winner is a famous Nepali writer while Swapnil is constantly practicing literature. The award was previously given to Shravan Mukarung, Prem Ojha, Sharda Subba, Bina Thing, Dr. Govindraj Bhattarai, Veer Nemwang, Devi Chhetri Dulal, Munaraj Sherma Bimala Tumkheva and Giriraj Baskota have been awarded.

Nemwang, who is also the chairman of Phalgunand Rural Municipality of Panchthar, passed away on 26th January 2076 after giving a speech at a program organized by the rural municipality.
