The sixth edition of the Janakpur Literature Festival under the theme 'Celebration of Earth, Culture and Traditions' is starting from Thursday in Janakpur. The Janakpur Literature Festival organized by Nava Mithila Foundation will last for three days.

Foundation president Amit Shah informed that 14 panel discussions and 3 discourses will be held in the Janakpur Literature Festival organized for literary, cultural and social awareness. In the press conference organized by the

foundation on Tuesday afternoon about the preparation of the festival, President Sah and writer CK Lal will give a scholarly speech at the opening of the festival.  Similarly, the General Manager of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, 'Journey of Light', the writer of Bharatiya, Suvodhchandra Bharatiya,   'Relationship between Sita and Rotibeti' and Khagendra Sangraula will give a single lecture on 'Movement and Literature'. 

Journalist Sudhir Sharma, writer Tulanarayan Shah and journalist Anil Giri will discuss with Indra Adhikari in the 'Nepal's Foreign Policy and Border Zone' session. Likewise  Industrialist Saurabh Jyoti, Sulabh Budhathoki of My Second Teacher and Aseemman Singh will give their views on 'Journey of Nepalese Entrepreneurs'. Sama Thapa will facilitate the 'Pursuit of Joy' session with journalist Ghanshyam Khadka.

'On the day of the opening, we will have a single speech and other formal programs,' said the president of the foundation, 'Friday and Saturday, there will be 14 panel discussions.' Literature, education, tourism, policy making, economy, governance, politics, sports Foundation's Vice President Aditya Nepal informed that issues such as heritage and culture will be discussed at the festival.  At the opening of the

festival, 60 students from 10 schools of Janakpur will simultaneously perform chorus on Janakpur city's anthem 'Ieh Chi Hamar Janakpur'. In the festival, the challenges and opportunities of Janakpur, reading culture in the digital age, cricket: problems, solutions and possibilities, Madhesh Mahima: commercialization of enterprises, education, learning and scientific thinking, youth interest in politics and Madhesh in federal vision will be debated in the session.
