Sociologist Dor Bahadur Bista's famous English book 'Report from Lhasa' is going to be translated into Nepali. An agreement has been reached between Book Hill Publication and Door Bahadur Bist Foundation to publish the book in Nepali language on the occasion of Bist's 98th birthday which was held in Kathmandu on Friday.

Journalist Virat Anupam will translate the book written in English language into Nepali language. The name of the book is "News of Lhasa". Bhupendra Khadka, representative of publishing house Book Hill, informed that the book will be brought to the market by March. Translator Anupam said that he was impressed by Dor Bahadur Bista and was happy to join him as a translator. 

Dor Bahadur Bista's son and ex-minister Keshar Bahadur Bista said that students studying sociology and anthropology said that about his father, the name of the department in foreign universities is  He said it must be read. He expressed his belief that this Nepali language book will play an important role in reaching the general Nepali language readers.
