The third edition of Nepal International Theater Festival (Nitfest) will be held from Chait 6th. The organizer Mandala Theater announced the festival through a statement. The festival will be held till 14th of Chait.
Actor Dayahang Rai has been selected as the director of the festival. The Knitfest organizing group gave him the responsibility of festival coordinator to director and artist Kedar Shrestha.
This time, this festival is being prepared to be held in various cities outside Kathmandu along with Mandala Theater. Applications for plays and programs were invited for the festival last June. According to the coordinator of
festival, Kedar Shrestha, the work of selecting plays and programs from the applications received has also been completed. "We will announce the detailed drama and program schedule soon," he informed.
