Poet Rameshwari Pant's poetry anthology ``A woman's statement from the courtroom of time'' has been published.
Chief Justice of the Special Court, Teknarayan Kunwar, launched the collection of poems in a program organized on Saturday at the Nepal Pragya Pratishthan. Speaking at the event, Kunwar said, ``Poet Rameshwari Pant's poetry is multifaceted and it especially articulates the voice of women.'' Pantaka Kavita stood on the edge of the society and raised a real voice against the social, religious and cultural discrimination against women and also spoke against corruption. Professor Lekhprasad Niroula and poet Bharti Neupane reviewed Pant's poetry in the
program. Professor Niraula said, ``a small study will not be enough to understand the magnitude of Pantaka's poetry . In her poetry, not only real rebellion but also philosophy of life, motherhood, love and responsibility towards the country have been voiced.
Another reviewer Neupane said that Rameshwari Pant is a powerful voice against distortion, disparity and discrimination and mentioned that her poetry has elevated those voices.
The price of the collection of 64 poems is 325 rupees.
