'Chittaun Kacheheri' has started at Narayani Kala Mandir in Narayangadh from Friday. Dr. Parvez Hudbhoy, scientist, writer and intellectual leader of Pakistan gave a scholarly speech at the opening of the program. He opined that since science will awaken the truth, there will be no war and unrest in the world if the truth is known.

Dr. Jeevan Chhetri will have a dialogue between Hudbhoy and Indian writer Harsh Mandar on 'Chittaun Kacheheri' tomorrow and Saturday. After that, there was a debate about the climate crisis with journalists Kund Dixit and Ramesh Bhushal.

'Chittaun Kacheheri' started actor Saroj Khanal, industrialist Pratibha Shrestha, academic Sanjay Choudhary and expert Dilig Ghimire discussed the past and present situation and impact and trends of Chitwan migration. 6 discussion sessions were completed on the first day including drama staging and ghazal reading. 'Chittaun Kacheheri' started "Better Chitwan" organized the "Chittoun Kacheheri" jointly organized by various associations of Chitwan. This is the second culture of 'Chittaun Kacheheri'. Earlier, the first 'Chittaun Kacheheri' was held in Kala Mandir on 29th and 30th Baisakh of the year 2080.
