But if you improve your lifestyle in the beginning, you can overcome the problem of uric acid. If you have uric acid, you can reduce it with some home remedies. Here are five yoga poses that can help reduce excess uric acid in the body.
Vajrasana
This is the only asana that can be done even after eating . It improves digestion . Therefore, the possibility of uric acid formation is reduced.
For this, first bend both your legs and sit with the strength of your knees. Keep your back straight and place both hands on your knees. If you sit in this asana for 10-15 minutes daily, its effects will be visible soon.
Pawanmuktasana
This asana helps to flush out the toxins in the body . Which also reduces uric acid .
To do this asana, bend your knees forward and bring them close to your chest . Hold the knee with both hands . Raise the head and bring it near the knees . Hold for 30 seconds and slowly return to the original position.
Bhujangasana
It improves blood circulation in the body and also increases kidney function. which helps to remove uric acid from the body .
For this, place both hands on the floor and keep your chest up . Same as push ups but with knees touching the floor . Pause for a few seconds and return to the same position.
Trikonasana
This asana helps to detox the body . And reduces uric acid build-up in gallstones . For this, spread both legs . And put one hand on the ground and raise the other hand up . Turn the head in the direction of the raised arm . Do this asana daily 30-30 seconds apart on both sides for some time.
Shalvasana
This asana is considered beneficial for the liver and kidneys. It reduces the excretion of uric acid. To do this asana, lie flat on your stomach. Extend your legs and straighten your arms above your head . Stay in this posture for 15-20 seconds and then slowly lower it back up .
