Then  Practice taking deep breaths and calming the mind. Instead of reacting immediately when angry, count 10 seconds . To calm the anger, one should wash the mouth with cold water . Yoga, meditation and physical exercise also reduce mental stress. Another important thing is to make your expectations realistic. We must learn to accept that not everything is under our control.

Anger may not be completely eliminated, but it can be managed. Anger does not control us, we must control it. Anger can be reduced with positive thinking, patience, and self-awareness. If anger is making life difficult, counseling or counseling may also be a good option. After all, a peaceful mind leads to a happy life .
