Ingredients: curd half a liter, sesame seeds 50 grams, kadi leaves 10 grams, dried red chilies as per taste, turmeric 2 grams, salt as required, sunflower oil 20 milliliters.
method: Curd is filtered by a tea strainer and unnecessary water is thrown away. Heat oil in a pot and add coriander leaves, turmeric, dried chillies and sesame seeds and fry them. Mix it in the strained curd. Add salt as required and grind well in the mixture.
Curd pickle prepared in this way can be eaten with roti and dumplings in this season.
