Health and Population Minister Pradip Paudel has said that the current government is active in working for the people.
In a press conference organized by the Nepal Press Union in Dhangadhi today, Minister Poudel said that if he fails to give a sense of change, he is working cautiously because it will send a negative message to the people.
He said that after the creation of the current constitution, only the political mechanism is being implemented and the basic needs of the people such as health and education are not working as expected.
Minister Paudel said that the government is committed to start MBBS education by running a hospital at Shaheed Dashrath Chand University of Health Sciences in Kailali.
He said, 'Geta Medical College will be made 300 beds, for this, the posting of 250 manpower has been sent to the Ministry of Finance for approval.'
