Veer Hospital is going to build a Kuruwa house for sick Kuruwa. Speaking at the program organized on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of the hospital, the director of the hospital Prof. Dr. Dilip Sharma informed about this.

Stating that till now there is no Kuruwa house in Veer Hospital where patients from 77 districts are being treated, he informed that since the Kuruwa patients coming to the capital for treatment are facing problems, now they are going to make arrangements for this .

He said that while going from the OPD building to the new surgical block, the hospital has moved forward with the plan of constructing the sky bridge as the public vehicles have more traffic on the road. In addition, he informed that a plan has been made to build a canopy to upgrade the waiting room by adding an OPD counter.

Director Sharma said, 'Since there is no Kurua House for the patients of 77 districts during their treatment in the capital, we are planning to build one in the next financial year . We will build a canopy to upgrade the waiting room by adding an OPD counter . The expanded Duwakot project of Veer Hospital should be taken forward as soon as possible. Veer Hospital is the pride of the country. It requires unity, commitment and dedication to make it a central referral and research center.'
