The service facility under the government-owned health insurance program has been shortened. From the 1st of July of the new financial year 2082/83, it has been arranged that the new insured can take the service within one month of the insurance.
Previously, citizens who were covered by insurance had to wait for three months to get the service. Raghuraj Kafle, executive director of the Health Insurance Board, said that based on the complaints received from the insured, the three-month time cycle was reduced to one month.
