What daily routine should be adopted for healthy mental health?

For a healthy life, it is necessary to have good physical as well as mental health. Mental health refers to a person being mentally and socially healthy. It also includes being emotionally healthy. This includes the ability to understand, express and control your emotions.

There are many factors that affect mental health. Some of which can be controlled, some cannot . 

In fact, many things that affect mental health are in our hands.

The following are the daily habits that should be adopted for mental health:

4. Doing physical exercises 

Physical exercise reduces our stress, improves our mood, makes it easier to fall asleep as well as aids in deep sleep and reduces depression and anxiety.

5. Eating nutritious foods 

Any food can affect our mental health . Foods that improve mood should be kept in your diet. Such as berries, bananas, legumes, salmon fish etc . 

These kinds of foods give our body the necessary nutrition and are also beneficial for mental health. Similarly, drinking enough water and not eating junk food is also good for mental health.

6. Taking time to relax 

Relaxation may vary from person to person . But rest in general means to calm and restore the body and mind . From time to time people also need rest . 

7. Sunbathing 

Sun is a good source of vitamin D . According to studies, vitamin D helps to improve our mood.

If there is no time for the sun to heat up in the afternoon, it is necessary to take outside fresh air occasionally.
