What are you going to do, I didn't earn today. I don't even have money,' the driver Babu Tamang (57) said to his friend Shyam (8), who was sitting on his lap, when no passenger came in the rickshaw after waiting all day, 'but don't worry. I also feed them after cutting them.'

Shyam raised his finger . He responded as if he understood his father . The lovely face looked up and began to wag its tail. 

Once upon a time, Thamel's rickshaw drivers used to carry passengers via a van. But times have changed . Sometimes it happened that there was not even a single tip in the whole day . At that time, father used to ask himself, what to feed Shyam today?

One day it happened like that . That day, he asked a friend for one and a half hundred rupees. 50 rupees for going to a house in Bhaktapur. Shyam bought meat with the remaining hundred rupees. Even though he is hungry, seeing that Shyam is able to eat to his stomach, the father's heart is satisfied .

One day, if the rickshaw gets more tips and earns more than the average, Babu shares the first happiness with Shyam . In the same way, he says with love, "I have earned well today". You will get delicious food.' Shyam does not understand the language, but he definitely knows the expression on his father's face. 

People who have been seeing this deep love between dogs and humans in Thamel premises for 8 years are amazed . The father likes less dogs and more children. He takes Shyam with him from morning to evening. When passengers arrive . Babu sometimes speaks and sometimes gestures and says to Shyam, 'Orli ta . Now we have to bring a passenger . You and I should earn money.' 

Shyam looks at his father's face like that and gets down. Passengers board the rickshaw. Does Shyam think before the rickshaw or after . When the passengers get off, Shyam himself climbs on the rickshaw . They are together . "As soon as the passenger comes, he knows that I have to get off." He is always helping me in this way,' says the father.

Shyam and Babu were waiting for passengers on JP road in Thamel. Shyam's mouth was tied with a mohola . Acquaintances approached and asked, 'Why is his mouth covered?' Before the father could answer, Shyam rammed the bullet bike running on the road. It barked and chased for a few meters. ``You saw . As soon as he sees a moving bullet bike, he will take it," said Babu.

It's been a month, Shyam's calm nature has changed . Babu is worried about Shyam's changing behavior. How did this happen, once while walking on the road, a bullet bike hit him on the leg. He was slightly injured. The bike drove away . After a few days, he began to walk with a limp. Never do this before, After that you will not see the bullet bike jumping .

A few days ago, the businessmen of Nursing Chowk complained to the father, "If there is an accident, you have to bear the burden." If you always bring the cooker, we will hand it over to the municipality. If not, keep it at home.'

The father's habit of walking in the rickshaw alone, leaving Shyam, was gone. Complaints of businessmen worried. After the complaint, he tied up Shyam and walked away despite being reluctant. "When he came back later, he didn't cry and eat," said the father, "he sniffed me". Paste . His flow poured out.' After Shyam cried, Babu also felt uncomfortable. They are together from morning till evening and then they separate . Babu lives in Bhaktapur. Shyam always wants to take home . But bus drivers and passengers don't agree . He leaves Shyam at the rickshaw garage in Kshetrapati and heads home. Shyam's evening companion is Sanjay Choudhary, a mechanic from the garage. Mistry also loves Shyam equally . But Shyam loves his father the most. When I get to the garage in the morning. He comes . sniffs . Love licks the face . Why should you go? And he doesn't leave me even for a second,' says the father.  

Born and brought up in Dolakha, the father got married at the age of 14. At the age of 16, he became the father of his first child. The financial condition of the house was poor. He entered Kathmandu at the age of 16 to look for work. A maternal relative looked for a job for him. But didn't get it. Then, trying to find a solution, he said, "What are you doing, cousin, now learn this rickshaw." He learned to drive a rickshaw for 4 days with his relatives. Since that day, the handle of the rickshaw has not been removed from the hand of the father who started walking.

Babu has 4 sons and 2 daughters . All of them are married except the youngest. All the children are busy with their own deeds . Babu couple has rented 2 and half ropani land in Bhaktapur . They pay 40,000 a year . They have been building a tower there.

It is 8 years before she met Shyam . "Mau dog gave birth to children at a washerman's family". It was then itru (in the palm of the hand) . The washerman was looking for someone to adopt him saying that he could not adopt him,' recalls Shyam, 'a little shocked.' We liked it very much.' Along with him, the garage mechanic and some rickshaw driver friends decided, 'Let's raise it together.' They thought of it and gave a beautiful name - Shyam.

From that day on, he became everyone's favorite . Shyam started crying with his father. He started walking with his father. "Also compatible with others". But he needs me. If I am not there, it will be as if the world does not exist for him,' says the father happily.

Last March, when the movement of royalists was going on, the traffic on the road was stopped . At that time, the father took Shyam to Bhaktapur for a week. Especially the father was walking home with a friend. When I reached Ratnapark, I realized that Shyam was following me. "Where do you walk so far," he said quietly. Shyam sat looking at the towel like that. The father left the groom and walked away. Shyam took a step back again . Loved the father . And they walked together.

At home, the father's wife also loves dogs very much  . Earlier, they also kept dogs in the village . Unfortunately, one day it was taken away by a leopard . The father and the couple mourned for a few days . This time, Babu's wife loved Shyam like a child. He had to come back after a week. The vehicle had already started . He said to the bus driver, 'Let's take this too.' The driver didn't agree, 'Passengers won't get on after putting it.'

Then Babu came walking with Shyam. After reaching Baneshwar, I found an empty bus. "Brother, are you going to bring this dog too?" The father asked the driver, "I will pay the price for it." The driver agreed. They went to the seat and sat down. When the car is done . Shyam immediately jumped. A station cannot be stopped without a moving vehicle . Babu was shocked that Shyam was missing. Be sad . One mind said, 'He is coming behind.' When he went down to Ratnapark without saying, Shyam had come close to him.

Lately, father has also benefited financially by having Shyam with him. Once an Indian citizen boarded the nursing square. He captured the love between Shyam and Babu on video . Babu allocates about 4500 per month for Shyam. It does not eat milk. Does not eat rice . Chiura and meat should be boiled and fed,' he says . He bathes Shyam once a week. Shyam never takes a bath. After taking a bath, he looks good and happy.

Babu can't bear Shyam who shouts loudly. He barks loudly at the loud voice. He doesn't even want to see his loved ones fight . Once a mason and I had a dispute. We shouted loudly. He understood . He barked at both of us . He tried to reconcile us,' says Babu.

Even if Babu walks alone with a rickshaw, Shyam leaves after finding out. Once a rickshaw driver fell in love with her and took her away. The friend was shocked and later said to the father - your Shyam understands the phone too. 

Babu can't bear it if someone insults or scolds Shyam. Once a dog bit a man walking on the road and ran away. That escape and Shyam reaching there happened at the same time .
