Far from mother, love in my heart

Asmita was a good singer from her school days and auditioned for a reality show with confidence. But the result did not come as expected, she felt - 'Even my parents have falsely praised my singing!' After seeing tears in her daughter's eyes, mother Menukadevi encouraged her, 'You can, but maybe you haven't practiced yet.'

You are shy like a shy weedHow do you decorate it?Come on Alli...Alli var come love, just be by my sideIf you want to go to Jugai, don't give me a handkerchief

Keep me bound with your love

Be my pillow your arms

Don't let me go away

Love be still, still dark

Though far away, my love is deep,

Not a flower, dear, not happy in a thorn,

A star in the sky, this whole earth, For you

Are you not near, You will not leave, On the way?

These are some of the popular songs of singer Asmita Adhikari who has become popular lately. She now remembers her mother through the lines she sang herself. Four months passed, Asmita got married to singer Mahesh Kafle. Asmita, who is starting a new life, has a new family, a new spouse. But the mother who smiles in front of her every morning when she wakes up is not with her now. After marriage, I used to be the most emotional mummy. When I called, I wanted to cry, my mother's eyes also got wet when I cried,' Asmita's mother remembers.  As a

, Asmita keeps meeting with the mother Menukadevi Adhikari. When she goes to some program, she takes her mother along with her. But the pain of not always being together is definitely covering the eyes. Asmita shares her feelings with her friends, ``Mummy, who never allows lack in life, is missing after marriage.'' The experience of his friends who got married recently is also the same. "Now I think like me, how much Mami missed her mother after her marriage, how difficult it must have been for her," Asmita tries to feel.

Far from mother, love in my heart She expresses her feelings to her mother yesterday with Mahesh. She talks about the pain of being separated from her mother. Asmita remains emotional even when the house she has been taking for granted suddenly becomes her mother-in-law's house. "I felt that right after marriage, and I also felt uncomfortable," she says of that moment. After getting married and leaving the daughter, the mother's heart is also confused! She erases that feeling by listening to her daughter's song. She sits on the living room sofa and watches Asmita's songs and videos. Now not only her daughter, but also her son-in-law Mahesh's song makes her happy. She also looks after the guests who come to the house. "It's like mummy's daily life now," says Asmita happily.

Mother Menukadevi has great love for her daughter's singer. He is proud of his identity. Those who know her know her as Asmita's mother. She is equally happy about the introduction she got because of her daughter. Maybe that happiness was from the day her daughter arrived. Asmita goes to the funny story of knowing the moment of her birth. She was born 29 years ago on Baisakh 1 in Kathmandu Teaching Hospital. The baby's cry at birth sounds like a musical hum to his uncle, he predicted, "Our niece will become a singer when she grows up."

Mama's prediction finally came true. At that time, Asmita entered the finals of Nepal Idol season-2. The organizers had arranged for the finalists to visit their homes and villages. Along with the judges, Asmita reached her village and maternal home in Jhapa. Standing proudly in front of her uncle, she said, 'The prediction made by you has been fulfilled. Your niece has really become a singer.' She still remembers the happy look in her uncle's eyes at that emotional moment.  Even though her uncle had predicted, her daughter's singing was recognized by her mother.

Asmita used to study in nursery school. They were staying at Phupoo's house in Damak at that time. Bhajankirtan was performed in the morning and evening. Asmita listened intently. She also hummed after hearing it. Asmita began to like her own voice. One day the mother Menukadevi heard her daughter singing. 'Sing again, sing again,' the mother happily made Asmita repeat. That miraculous sound gave the mother great satisfaction. "After that, he made me sing in front of people," Asmita remembers. Even the teachers started noticing his voice while studying at school. That is why Asmit was called to the front even when singing the national anthem. Gradually his voice started to be appreciated by school, home and people around him. By the time she reached class 5, she had told her mother, 'I will become a Singrai later.'

Asmita's brother Ashok has done his masters in IT. She has B.Sc Nursing. The mother of two now enjoys seeing her children's progress the most. Menukadevi sometimes remembers old things. One day she told her children about her first labor pain. Menukadevi was torn by labor pains. Twelve households in Jhapa did not have health facilities. There was no vehicle to reach Damak from there. The scene of taking the bullock cart to Damak hospital is still fresh in Menukadevi's memory. That was the most painful moment of life, why are they fresh? The child was born but did not open. After not opening for a long time, everyone said lovingly, "He is not coming to his senses."

Far from mother, love in my heart Menukadevi was not ready to accept or tolerate this. Only the mother was hoping for the child whom everyone had hoped for. Suddenly the child came to his senses. Menukadevi suddenly forgot all the pains of life. Asmita narrates these things and says, "Mummy still tells this story - I didn't bring him up with small sorrows." That's why Menukadevi used to 'care' for Dai more than the smallest things. While giving birth to Asmita, Menukadevi did not have to suffer so much. At that time father and mother had come to Kathmandu from Jhapa. Even now, when walking along the road to Sukedhara, the mother points to her children with her finger, "That was our hotel over there." A daughter was born while the parents were building a hotel. Asmita was born in the new year, her mother used to buy two new clothes in the new year.

Menukadevi was born in Bhojpur. At the age of 21, she was married to Umesh Adhikari from Jhapa. Menukadevi's father passed away at a young age. She also used to tell her children that her mother raised her through suffering. After getting married and coming home, things that have never been done came, behavior came. She also used to tell this to her children.

Ba Umesh of Asmitha spent almost 25 years in the Gulf country. He did not want to spend such a long time in the Gulf countries. His desire was to teach his children a good school. Their wishes were to be fulfilled. That's why he stayed in foreign employment for a long time. On the other hand, Asmita spent most of her time with her mother. Asmita realizes now that her mother was very strong. Mother's friends were not few when Damak came from the village. Asmita remembers, ``Mami used to make friends because she needed support in every sorrow and joy.

Asmita now feels the struggles of her mother alone in the absence of her father. There were days of scarcity, but the mother never allowed her children to be deprived. Menukadevi used to look gloomy. Asmita tried to feel the pain hidden inside her mother's face from a distance. Sometimes it took 3/4 months for father's money to arrive. At that time there was a delay in paying school fees. Sometimes there was a lack of food. But mummy used to arrange everything even though it was by sarsapat,' Asmita remembers. Menukadevi used to say to her children, 'You should never have to suffer what we suffered.'

Asmita spoke very little as a child. Everyone called him wise. "When others call you wise, you feel burdened to become wise," she said, "that's why so many questions were lost without being asked at that time, so many desires were killed." Because she didn't speak much, many people would say to her, "Why don't you speak." At night, when she was sleeping, she would ask her mother this question, "Mommy, why do so many people say that to me?" Her mother would answer her questions, "When you can ask your questions in a funny way, speak with eye to eye." we can And no one will say that to you.'' At that time, Asmita took this thing, which was lovingly reminded by her mother, forever. This mother's voice was very effective for him in his journeys of life.

Asmita gained more confidence in her singing while studying in 8th/9th grade. At that time, seeing her mother's suffering, she used to say boldly, "Whatever happened today, you will not suffer tomorrow." Asmita's family came to Kathmandu again from class 9. The reason why the mother brought her children to Kathmandu was her daughter's future. My parents believed in my talent. There were no good places to learn music in Jhapa. That's why he brought him to Kathmandu,' Asmita remembers. Ba came home once on Dasain. At that time, her eyes were filled with her daughter's song. At that time, he imagined that his daughter would shine in the music field. However, as much as Asmita thought this area was easy, it was equally difficult.

While in school, she confidently auditioned for a reality show. She thought - I will be selected easily. But the result was unexpected. She found her name in the rejected list for the reality show. Missed him. She remembered those who appreciated her singing skills. She remembered her parents' confidence. 'Was it all a lie?', she asked herself. She reached home with tears streaming down her face. Seeing tears in her daughter's eyes, the mother said, "You can, but you haven't practiced yet." Do it, there is time. For a few days, the enthusiasm of the throat returned. Asmita did not stop her practice. "I had a lot of things to improve at that time. He was also young, less confident. We don't have to sing in the same scale that we are listening to other people's songs. You have to show your singing too. I am wrong in that,' Asmita self-examined.

continued to participate in various reality shows. But success was not forthcoming. One day, her mother said to Asmita, who was doing B.Sc Nursing, 'You can go abroad through nursing, pay attention to that.' Asmita told her mother again with confidence, 'You can reach one country for nursing, but being a singer, you can reach many countries.' Her mother blessed her and said, 'May everything you say come true.'

The struggle for a musical career continued. At the same time, she reached the audition of Nepal Idol-2. Mother Menukadevi was also with her when she went for the first time. Her mother said, 'This year you will be selected.' In the first audition, she was not selected. But the judges said strangely, 'You are a very good singer. Your tone is also improving. It will be great if you come into the music industry. The mother said in amazement, "Is there money manipulation here?"

However, on the second day, she was selected. After that, Asmita started shining in Nepal Idol. The fans of her singing started increasing day by day. She reached the finals of Nepal Idol, becoming the third runner-up. Since then Asmita has not looked back in life. The first song 'Timro Mayale Bandhere Rak' became popular. She only found out later that the song played. "At that time, I had gone to Jhapa after my grandfather's death, only when I came back, I came to know that the song has become a hit." After that, each of Asmita's songs became hits one after the other. For

identity, now abroad is like a flood. She is reaching different countries with her voice. Mother Asmita remembers what she said at that time, 'You see your future ahead of you.' Mahesh and Asmita are going on a trip to America from August to October. While going on such journeys, Asmita has a great desire. She says, 'Because of us, mummy has never been able to go anywhere. Asmita is looking forward to that day.
