In a meeting two years ago, comedian Ghanshyam Gautam, known by the nickname 'Nakkali Prachanda', said, 'Is it a matter of good luck for me to be happy with small things for the rest of my life?'

Ghanshyam, who always seeks happiness in small things, is no longer in this world. He passed away at the age of 43 while making his name in the field of art and theater. According to the family, he has been battling cancer for two years. He breathed his last at Kathmandu Cancer Hospital in Bhaktapur Tathli at 12:00 pm on Monday night.

Last August, he released his song 'Main Abhagi Cheli Khushi Chani Barilai...' while he was ill.

It was only after the problem worsened and he underwent further treatment that he found out that he had colon cancer. 

Mrs. Yugjyoti said that Gautam's treatment, which initially started at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital, ended in Kathmandu Cancer Hospital from a hospital in India.

Ghanshyam, who was praised while in the field of art, became anonymous after getting cancer. He spent difficult days seeking hospitals and becoming dependent on many medicines. Mrs. Yugjyoti said that all the money she had spent on treatment was sad a few days ago.

Ghanshyam, who made everyone laugh through his skillful acting, left everyone crying. His body was cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat on Tuesday.
