Subba, who is known from Nepal's first food reality show 'Safe Nepal', says that everyone liked the kheer she made on the show, so she came to taste it at the festival. She has won everyone's heart by cooking the food of her community in the reality show, and emphasizes that Nepal is rich in Raithane dishes and that everyone should work to promote and protect it. If we can refine all the dishes just a little bit, it can get a chance to spread in the international market,' she said .

Newari dishes bara, yomri, choyla are kept in the stall next to him . Cough mustard oil, turmeric etc. are also kept for sale in the stall. Poonmaya Dangol of Village Cafe said that she participated in the festival to promote Newari dishes and bring its taste to everyone. Today we have brought only this. Newari dish is hanging on the tongue of many . Many people have preferred it,' she said.

Sita Acharya Maury, who has been running 'Arogya Karnali Organic Pvt Ltd' in Tokha for one and a half years, is a bee conservationist. He has 150 beehives . Along with beekeeping, she has been branding and selling various grain crops found in Karnali. His stall has 20 types of ingredients including honey, kaguno, chino, marsi, phapar flour, millet, corn husk, satu, gundruk. According to Acharya, the demand for Chino, Kaguno, Millet and Phapar is high. These grains can be eaten by patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. food festival strives to showcase modern dishes with traditional, Raithane flavors and to present a bright picture of culinary potential within Nepal.  The festival includes 40 food items, 5 Raithane crops and 5 tourism information. There are 50 stalls. In the food stalls, the original food of different ethnic groups including Newari, Tharu, Rai, Limbu, Thakali are kept.
