The audience started booing when singer Shiva Pariyar appeared on a stage decorated in the back of a van on the banks of the Fewa River. Having spent more than two decades in the music industry, he recalled the early days of his musical career at Hallan Chowk in Pokhara on Friday.
He sang his first commercially successful song at Radio Kantipur's road show 'Radio On Wheels', where Extreme Energy is the main sponsor, - 'Fewatalma Saili Dunga Salal...'

program, he started his performance with 'Dhokebaaz Hau Timi...'. Then he sang 'Sunchu Time Malai...', 'Paker Khako Fal Metho...', 'Fewatalma Saili...' and finally 'Piundin Bhanda Bhandai...'. When the audience, enthralled by his song, said 'Once more', he repeated 'Piundin Bhanda Bhandai...'.
