Dutt has come to inaugurate the Badshah Casino located at Hotel Barahi in Keshar Mahal. He is scheduled to inaugurate the casino tonight.
Dutt will return to India at 11:45 am on Friday.
Dutt, who came to inaugurate the casino, also met Nepali Communist Party coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal. His secretariat has stated that he met Dahal on Thursday evening.
Dutt met Dahal in coordination with the casino operator. He is staying at the Yak and Yeti Hotel.
