'Nepal Art and Culture Festival 2025' (NAC Fest) has started from today. The NAC fest started with a painting exhibition titled 'Roots and Reflection' at the Nepal Art Council.

In the painting under the title 'Roots and Reflection', paintings reflecting Nepali culture and civilization from Indra Jatra, Goddesses and Goddesses were presented. Indrajatra painting was presented on the ground floor of the council. In the paintings hanging on the walls, it is seen that people are slowly playing the instrument. Paintings of lakhs of people dancing wearing different masks and depicting festivals are seen here. As the Indrajatra festival celebrated by the locals of Kathmandu starts at this time, the festival planned to make Indrajatra the main center of painting in order to attract tourists.

There are more paintings of Gods in the paintings on the second floor. Connecting the various goddesses and gods of Nepal with peace, the council has selected and exhibited the paintings sent by the artist to participate in 'Roots and Reflection'. Folk painters' paintings were displayed in the exhibition from the entrance of the second floor. In his painting, the traditional entrance of the Newar community is seen. From the color of the painting to the delicate pictures woven into it, the entrance looks exactly like the door seen in every house in Kathmandu. 'God's picture is also seen in this door. On this floor, you can see the different forms of God and the painting connecting it with peace,' said Anish Joshi, who was found on the second floor. He is also a volunteer of the fest. On the third floor, sculptures from Thanka were also exhibited. This floor was filled with paintings of Bhairava and sculptures of Buddha.  The fest opened applications for the
