Sindhupalchok's Ganga Sonam has won the title of singing competition 'Nepal Idol-6' (sixth edition). In the final competition held on Sunday evening, Sonam won the title after beating Babita Thapa Magar, Darshana Gandhari, Abhinay Khati, Mrinal Manandhar. Ganga received a check prize of 25 lakhs.
Babita became the first runner-up and Darshana became the second runner-up. According to the organizers, Babita was awarded with a check of Rs 10 lakh and Darshana Rs 5 lakh.
Khati who was fourth and Manandhar who got fifth place got 1/1 lakh.
Jury members were Nyu Bajracharya, Kaliprasad Baskota and Indira Joshi.
