'Jhuma Limbu and the Raithane Band' will hold their first concert on August 21 at LOD Club in Thamel, Kathmandu.

The band is going to organize 'Raithane Ghumfir Concert 2082' in collaboration with the film 'Zari 2'. 'Raithane Ghumfir' will be organized in 10 cities of Nepal. Jhuma's group will give a performance, giving special priority to the local art culture and music of the place where the concert will be held. 

This musical journey aims to promote cultural identity. By reaching different towns and villages, the band will be resounding with local folk music Hakpare Palam, Chebrung, Ghantu, Sorathi, Deuda, Maruni and other music and dances. Singer Jhuma believes that this journey will connect village and city music. 

'We hope that this journey will bring culture and music to the new generation . Raithane Ghumfir will stand as a bridge to connect the music and culture of villages and cities,' said Jhuma at a press conference held in Kathmandu.

Although this year is focused on Nepal, Jhuma plans to take the trip to the diaspora from next year. It is said that the team of 'Jari 2' will also present Chabrung dance at LOD's concert.
