'Shambala' directed by Meen Bahadur Bham has been declared as the best film. Director Bham himself received the honor of 'Best Director' in the 'National Movie Awards' which was distributed in 9 categories from the film that was released in 2081.
In Bham's absence, the film's actor Karma and his daughter Akshata Bham honored Shambala.
