On the occasion of Pride Month 2025, the banner of Sequential Entertainment has organized 'Neelams Award 2025'. The award was organized on the sole initiative of 'Trance' actor, make-up artist and social activist Neelam Paudel.

7 people who have contributed to the sexual minority community have been honored at the award ceremony. Singers Nattu Shah and Piru Rana, choreographer Tenju Yonjan, social worker and dancer Suman Shrestha (Dally Mummy), make-up artist and dancer Umisha Shrestha, folk singer Shyam Rana and make-up artist Anish Tamang were honoured. Anu Shahi Thakuri, Dinup Magar and Angel were honored this year with the 'Youth Achievement Award'. Sushma Lama and Keshang Yudon were honored with 'His Majesty Award'. 

Neelam Paudel, Director of Entertainment, has been organizing the Neelam Awards to highlight the resilience, courage and unwavering spirit of the community, which has been documented in various media for a long time and highlighted the discrimination they faced.
