The shooting of the film 'Maitighar' directed by Milan Tamang has started from Thursday. Filming has started in Takam village of Myagdi. According to the production team, the film will be shot for 20 days in Takam and Dharpani villages and the remaining 20 days in Tatopani area of ​​Darbang.

Dhaulagiri rural municipality chairman Prem Prasad Pun was the chief guest and ward number 7 chairman Ashok Khatri was also present at the auspicious occasion of the film. Villagers welcomed the construction team by playing instruments. 

Chandrakumar Dong's story is written by Ram Sharan Pathak. The film will feature actors Dhiraj Magar, Prakash Saput, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shyamashree Sherpa, Buddhi Tamang, Shishir Wangdel, Kedar Ghimire.

The film directed by Susan Prajapati is ready to be screened in the upcoming Phoolpati . It is said that Tamang culture will be included in the film.
