Hari Maharjan brings 'Culture in Sync' to the stage of the Sydney Opera House as a historic celebration of the fusion of world music. Presented by Sangam Productions, this concert presents a creative fusion of vibrant Newa music and contemporary jazz music of the Kathmandu Valley.

 

At the opera house, which is considered one of the most prestigious musical venues in the world, this event will be held on Asar 4 (June 19) at 8 pm, and a unique combination of Eastern culture and Western jazz will be presented on one of the most prestigious stages in the world.

Culture in Sync, which was presented for the first time in Kathmandu at the beginning of this year, is now about to enter one of the most prestigious stages in the world. Traditional Dhime and Khye dhol, modern jazz guitar, colorful Pulukishi dance, and Newar costumes will be at the center of this musical journey.

'It is my dream come true to bring the Newar cultural heritage to the Opera House stage,' said Hari Maharjan, the main artist of the program.

event will go on sale from April 18 on the Sydney Opera House's official website.

He is the first Nepali to perform in the main role at the Sydney Opera House.
