Poor business of ”Sikandar” on the first day itself

The much awaited film 'Sikander' starring Salman Khan has been released all over the world. But according to the collections so far, the earnings of the film are not encouraging.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by AR Murugadoss, the film was released in 500 screens.

The film got 22 thousand shows only on Sunday. But the film did not earn relatively. The

film 'Sikander' earned 26 crore rupees till 10 pm on the first day . This opening is considered weak for a film made with a budget of 200 crores.

Salman's previous film 'Tiger 3' (2023) was also able to earn only 20 percent of the budget on the first day.

This film did business of 44.50 crores on the first day . The film failed to collect the cost of 300 crores .

For this reason, producer Aditya Chopra has postponed his next Spy Universe film 'Tiger VS Pathan' indefinitely .

Now, Sikander's poor opening has made one speculate whether producer Sajid Nadiadwal will also reconsider his upcoming project 'Kick 2'.
