The 16th 'National Children's Drama Festival and Children's Short Film Exhibition 2081' is starting from February 1. The festival will be held at Shali Theater in Ratopul and Rusi Sadan (Russian Cultural and Science Center) in Kamalpokhari on 7th Falgun.
