In 'Boksi Ko Ghar', the story-telling against the stereotypes of the society is dark and scary. The connection character of these three films is Sulakshan Bharti. Sulakshan is the director of 'Boksi Ko Ghar'. And the actor of 'Bato' and 'Mummy'. Was it interesting for Sulakshan to play films of the same nature in the same year or coincidence ? 

He believes, 'This is the future.'

His desire to work in 'horror' or 'dark' films is not . The interest is in the characters and the story. In that too, I like to work in different characters . Variety of characters is my passion,' he says.

This year another coincidence happened in the case of Sulakshan. With 'Boksi Ko Ghar', he made a strong introduction as a debut director . Also, a debut director also chose a debut director as an actor . This year, Madan debuted in the film industry with 'Bato' and Samar with 'Mummy'. He shared with them about the difficult paths he walked as a director. "In order not to be embarrassed like myself," he says.

'Mummy', Sulakshan got an offer from a big banner commercial film . The salary is also four times more than "mummy". He did not covet the fat salary . Instead, greed did in the story and character . And chose 'mummy'. Mummy's character was going through a very complex psychology. I met such a character for the first time . And I didn't choose the film,' says Sulakshan.

Money is needed to survive. But Sulakshan's pledge is not to compromise on art for the sake of money. He thinks, "Money will come". But good jobs and offers don't come often.' He also thinks it is his responsibility to support a new maker with potential. That's why I didn't take more than the working amount in Mummy. I liked the story and helped," he says.

The character of 'Mummy' played by Sulakshan should be watched. "This character is hidden in the society," he says, "that character does not come forward". Society's view of them is also different.' He also shares the joy of living the life of that character . Remembering those moments when he was cast in the character, he says, 'It was a different feeling for me.' Along with the challenge. Regarding the experience of 'Witch's house', he says, 'I envisioned as a director  It is difficult to put it on the screen . The budget will make sense in this.' The challenge seen as an artist is different. Because the coming stories are not new . Even if you work in a repetitive character, you will not be satisfied.

The challenge Sulakshan is facing now is work. I don't get as many film offers as other artists. It is difficult to choose from those who have come,' he says. Many directors/producers called and congratulated him when the film in which he acted came out. But did not work. His complaint is the same. "Why didn't those who gave congratulations and praises give work?" is his question . He is tired of waiting for good deeds and not reaching his hands. At that time, it will be said, 'More than knowing the work, offers will come by knowing people.'

They say, 'We should make a film on it.' Some say that we should make a film like 'Witch's House'. Someone calls abroad by showing a large sum of money. Those who come, those who don't take the film seriously come .  Serious manufacturers don't come to him . I have 14 scripts myself. That too of a different genre. No one comes looking for a story,' he says.

The film world is also new for Sulakshan, who has spent almost a decade and a half in 'Band Kotha'. He started acting at the age of 14 and had a hunger for acting from an early age. That hunger reached the theater through modeling. There are many stories about the 'old house' that he built. He spent 17 years on stage and directed more than two dozen plays. Dozens of acts. He wrote 15 plays. Now he is worried about the age of the plays he wrote. "These are going to get lost." Without the new generation of documents, these dramas will not survive beyond their lifespan,' he thinks.
