The film will include the situation of Nepali-speaking Lakhetidas who were displaced from Bhutan in the 1990s, the suffering of refugee camps and the story of the fights seen in the camps before going to a third country for resettlement. "Lho-Champa" is a term used to describe the Nepalese living in the southern part of Bhutan. The film will be produced by Arjun Subedi. This will be the third film of
film director KC. Earlier he has directed 'Dying Candle' and 'Romeo and Muna'. According to KC, this film will present the condition of people without memory and identity. Wherever a man goes, his memory follows him. This movie also tells the story of memory and people's identity linked to geography, said Naresh. The film will have music by Arjun's Pokharel.
