The film was shot at a Hollywood film studio in Cleveland, Ohio. The final shooting of the film was done in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The film is jointly written by Bimal and Joysh Pandey.

film presents the struggles of Nepali-speaking Bhutanese when they were expelled from their country.
'Snow Song' was written 12 years ago. Director Subedi later made a play on it. Last year, he also made a musical play on the same story in America called 'Hitler is coming'.
According to Subedi, this film will also be the first visual historical document of Nepali-speaking Bhutanese. The film has been shot in two languages, Nepali and English. Apart from Barsha and Joysh in the
film Pooja Chand, Akash Khatiwada, Ishir Akhara, Thomas Keith Scott, Kedar Upreti, R. b. Khadka, Arjun Rasaili, Sameer Regmi, Manorath Khanal, Neelam Khanal, Ishan Karmacharya, Crystal Parajuli, Angelina Parajuli, Joshan Ramdam, Nirmal Khanal, Vishnu Ramdam, Michelle Scott, Ayush Bhattarai, Naveen Khanal, Joshika Ramdam etc. are acting. More than four dozen artists from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Akron, Columbus, Sunshine Taekwondo and Dance Academy, Inta Foundation have acted in the film. Filmmakers from Nepal, Bhutan, Taiwan, China, Mexico have worked in the
film. The film is shot by Chinin Village and edited by Nishan Ghimire.
Ayusha Sanjel is the assistant director of the film, the film has sound recording and editing by Dikesh Khadgi Shahi, art direction by Deukumar Rai leadership group, dance direction by Shankar Bisi and Kaushila Khanal Akharay. The movie has lyrics by Kaushila Khanal Akharay, RB Khadka, Dumbar Nepali, Pratima Shrestha, and music and vocals by Kaliprasad Baskota, Madan Gopal, Dumbar Nepali, Arjun Rasaili.
