The sixth election general meeting of Nepal Judo Association has re-elected Deepakharsh Vajracharya as the president. Dharamsheela Chapagai was elected as senior vice president of the 15-member working committee, Ramesh Maharjan, Hemraj Bhandari, Surajkaji Dotel and Ganga Khadka as vice presidents, Prakash Chandra Pandey as general secretary, Pawan Kumar Banian as secretary and Pramod Prasad Nepal as treasurer.


Rajan Rokay, Sunita Bohra, Tul Bahadur Thapamagar, Deepak Bista, Savin Moktan and Prakash Sarumgar were selected as members. Elections were held for all positions.

Member-Secretary of the National Sports Council (Rakhep) Tanklal Ghising has wished the newly elected officials of the Judo Association a successful tenure. He expressed his belief that the current working committee will strengthen the Judo Association.
