Non-Resident Nepali Association National Coordination Committee (NRNA), under the leadership of 33-year-old Sitaram (Milan) Kattel from Khotang in Russia, has unanimously elected a new working committee. He was the general secretary earlier.
The vice-chairmen of the working committee, Amit Kumar Karna, Sanjan Karki and Dr. Pranil Pradhan and General Secretary Pravin Khatiwada have been elected.
Secretaries Khagendra Dhami and Dayanidhi Guragain, Treasurer Rambabu Pandey and Co-Treasurer Yama Bahadur Thapa, Youth Coordinator Givson Dhakal, Women Coordinator Hemakumari 'Kala' Pokharel have been selected.
Similar members are Muktiram Neupane, Narayan Bhusal, Vinay Rizal, Sujan Rayamazhi and Gaurav Poudel respectively.
Dr. NRNA ICC member. Mana Murthy Bhurtel has been selected. "We will work to protect and promote the interests of Nepalis in Russia," President Kattel said, "We will establish an emergency health fund." We will promote business opportunities in partnership with Russia.
He said that Nepalis in special military operations will be facilitated to support and rehabilitate them.
