Tamu Dheem UK has honored Kantipur Lamjung Correspondent Ash Gurung in UK. Gurung was honored at a program organized on Saturday at Tamudhin Bhawan in Michet.

President of Tamudhi UK Jumkaji Gurung, Senior Vice President Parshu Gurung, Mother Group President Kamaladevi Gurung tied the kragi (feta) and served food and presented certificates. Secretary General of UK Dr. Gurung honored correspondent Gurung for his contribution to the preservation and promotion of language, customs and culture of the Gurung community. Vishal Gurung said.

Similarly, Vinod Gurung, principal of Bhupu Sainik Residential School located in Lamjung headquarters Bensi Sahar, artists Shital Gurung, Vimala Gurung, Bimal Pariyar, Tilak Bahadur Gurung who came to UK from Nepal were also honored.
