30,000 metric tons of DAP fertilizer purchased through a 'global tender' arrived at the Kolkata port of India on July 10. Of this, 1,250 metric tons were transported to Nepal on July 1. The remaining fertilizer is currently being packaged (bagging) at the Kolkata port.
