The NEPSE index, which measures share trading, rose by 7.50 points on Thursday. The NEPSE, which had risen continuously for the previous two days, followed the same trend on Thursday. However, the growth rate of the NEPSE on Thursday decreased to single digits compared to Wednesday. On Wednesday, the NEPSE had risen by 14 points.

Out of the companies that traded on Thursday, the share prices of 121 companies increased while 151 companies decreased. However, the prices of 3 companies remained stable on that day.
A total of 9,469,099 shares were traded in 39,595 transactions on Thursday. The value of these transactions is worth Rs 4.56 billion.29 billion.
Compared to the previous day, there has been an improvement in the amount of trading, the number of trading, and the number of shares traded.
On Wednesday, 84,73,016 shares were traded in a total of 38,836 transactions. A total of 4.17 billion 300,000 rupees were traded in those transactions.
Of the 13 subgroups that were traded on Thursday, the indices of finance companies, hotels, hydropower, and manufacturing and processing decreased. The increase in the indices of the remaining subgroups helped the NEPSE to increase by single digits.
