The price of gold and silver has increased in the local market today as well. Compared to Thursday, gold has increased by Rs. 7,200 and silver by Rs. 165 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants' Federation, today, the price of gold per tola has been fixed at Rs. 290,700 and the price of the same quantity of white metal has been fixed at Rs. 4,615.
Yesterday, Thursday, the price of gold per tola was fixed at Rs. 283,500 and the price of silver per tola was fixed at Rs. 4,450.
