The NEPSE index, which measures share trading, rose by 44.59 points on Wednesday. The NEPSE, which had been declining continuously for the past 7 days, recorded its highest increase on Wednesday.

The overall NEPSE closed at 2,652.93 points after increasing by 1.70 percent on Wednesday compared to the previous day.

Of the 252 companies that traded on Wednesday, the share prices increased while 17 companies decreased. However, the prices of 6 companies remained stable on that day.

On Wednesday, a total of 9,547,678 shares were traded in 56,850 transactions. The transaction value was worth Rs 3.86 billion.11 billion. The transaction amount also increased compared to the previous day. On Tuesday, a transaction worth Rs 3.25 billion was traded in the stock market.
