The central bank is going to conduct a customer satisfaction survey to find out the level of satisfaction with banking services among customers in the financial sector. The survey, named Customer Satisfaction Survey 2083, will measure the level of financial satisfaction of customers.

For this, a total of 10,405 samples will be collected by selecting wards in all 77 districts, including all types of local levels, according to the Rastra Bank's notice.

Through this survey, the perceptions and experiences of financial customers regarding access to financial services, quality, transparency, complaint management, financial customer protection and overall financial services will be collected.

The Rastra Bank expects that the results obtained from the survey will help in improving the policies, programs and regulatory arrangements related to financial customer protection and quality enhancement of financial services. To make the survey effective and reliable, the Rastra Bank has requested all concerned to provide accurate and impartial information and cooperate in data collection.

Participation in the survey will be voluntary and participants may refuse to answer questions they find uncomfortable. The details and information collected in the survey will be kept confidential in accordance with the Statistics Act, 2079 BS and will be used only for statistical purposes collectively.

Therefore, the National Bank has asked financial customers, banks and financial institutions, relevant stakeholders, and the general public to provide necessary support and cooperation in the survey work.
