The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index, which measures share trading in the stock market, fell on Tuesday. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, the NEPSE index fell by 26.16 points to 2,674.48.

The sensitive index, which measures the trading of large companies, fell by 2.31 points to 461.48.

A total of 140,164 shares of 353 companies were bought and sold at a price of 4.36 billion 2.94 billion 771. Out of the traded shares, only 22 companies increased their share prices today. According to the NEPSE, while the share prices of 239 companies decreased, 11 companies remained unchanged.

Aankhu Khola Hydropower Company is at the top based on trading volume. Sopan Pharmaceuticals, Reliance Spinning Mills, NRN Infrastructure and Development and Bungal Hydropower are at the top.

Investors in Taksar Piluwa Khola Hydropower, Yambling Hydropower, Lakshmi Unnati Kosh, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme III and Sunrise Bluechip Fund have gained in Tuesday's trading. Shareholders of Bungal Hydro, Apollo Hydropower, Sopan Pharmaceuticals, Kalinchowk Hydropower and Suryakunda Hydro have lost.
