Nepse declines again, share prices of most companies decrease

The Nepse index, which measures share turnover, fell by 6.31 points. The Nepse, which decreased by 0.23 percent, fell to 2,705.45 points.

Of the companies that were traded, 80 increased their share prices, 177 decreased their prices, and 15 remained unchanged. A total of 48,116 shares were traded, worth Rs 4.478 billion. A total of 178,796 shares were traded.

All subgroups except trade and collective investment funds decreased. Trade increased by 10.56 points. Among the declining subgroups, non-life insurance fell by 45.71, life insurance by 24.95, and development banks by 24.35 points.

Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited fell by 15, Apollo Hydropower by 14.98, and The price of Dolti Power Company fell by 6.89 percent, Bungal Hydro Limited by 5.35 percent, and Menchiyam Hydropower Limited by 5.19 percent.

Sayapatri Hydropower Limited fell by 4.90 percent, Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha by 4.03 percent, NIMB Debenture 2090 by 3.84 percent, Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited by 3.54 percent, and Reliance Spinning Mills Limited by 3.41 percent.
