Gold price increases by 5,000 per tola

The price of gold in the Nepali market increased by 5,000 rupees per tola on Monday. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants Federation, the price of gold on Monday was fixed at 298,200 rupees per tola.

On Sunday, the price of gold was 293,200 rupees per tola. Earlier, on Jestha 26, the price of gold was 300,000 rupees higher. The price of tola was fixed at 319,000 rupees on that day.

The price of silver on Monday also increased by 120 rupees to 5,015 rupees compared to Sunday. In the international market, an ounce of gold is being traded at 4,326 rupees and the same amount of white metal is being traded at 70 US dollars.
