Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle, while presenting the budget in Parliament on Friday, said that the skills of migrant, informal and experienced workers will be formally recognized by implementing the National Qualifications Framework and Prior Learning Recognition. ‘Earnton with remuneration will be institutionalized,’ he said.
