The NEPSE index, which measures share turnover, has increased by 8.78 points. The NEPSE, which has increased by 0.32 percent, has risen to 2712.86 points.
All subgroups increased except for development banks, finance, hotels and tourism, microfinance, non-life insurance and trade subgroups. The share prices of 162 companies that were traded increased, the prices of 90 companies decreased, and the prices of 16 companies remained stable.
In a total of 62,250 share transactions, 7,734,012 shares were traded. In these transactions, shares worth 3.43 billion 90 million 68 thousand rupees were traded.
Share prices of Upper Lahore Khola Hydropower Company increased by 11.16 percent, Solu Hydropower by 7.56 percent, Dhaulagiri Laghubitta by 7.04 percent, Jhapa Energy Limited by 4.80 percent, and NIC Asia Balance Fund by 4.62 percent.
Share prices of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta by 9.31 percent, Super Khudi Hydropower by 3.13 percent, Rawa Energy Development by 3 percent, NIC Asia Growth Fund-2 by 2.82 percent, and RBB Mutual Fund-1 by 2.70 percent.
