Compared to Friday, the price of gold has decreased in the local market today, while the price of silver has increased. Gold has decreased by Rs. 1,000 per tola, while silver has increased by Rs. 65. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants' Federation, today, the price of printed gold per tola is Rs. 295,100 and the price of the same quantity of silver is Rs. 5,010. Last Friday, one tola of printed gold was bought and sold for Rs. 296,100 and the same quantity of the white metal for Rs. 4,945.
