The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security has urged employers to provide minimum wage and social security facilities to all types of workers, including trainees. The ministry has reminded that there is a clear provision to provide minimum wage, sick leave, treatment, security, insurance and other facilities. However, recently, the ministry has stated that there has been an increase in complaints about not receiving the prescribed wages and facilities from nursing staff working in various hospitals and health institutions, teachers and staff of private and institutional schools, and people working in other establishments. According to the ministry, such complaints have been taken seriously. 'We sincerely request all employers to fully implement the provisions related to minimum wage and social security,' the statement said. The ministry has also warned that action will be taken according to the prevailing law if workers are deprived of wages and facilities contrary to the law.
