Surendra Kumar Upreti has been elected as the President of NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal. In the first meeting of NADA's Central Working Committee held on Thursday, outgoing President Karan Chaudhary handed over the charge to the newly elected President Upreti.

Outgoing President Chaudhary said that Upreti's leadership will be important in the institutional development of NADA and the advancement of the automobile sector. Taking the oath of office and secrecy, Upreti expressed his commitment to make the organization more powerful, active and effective in accordance with its objectives, statute and values ​​during his tenure.

He expressed his view that he will move forward by protecting the interests of all member businesses, developing the automobile sector and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Upreti nominated Mahesh Pal, Deepak Kumar Agrawal and Rajesh Giri as members of NADA's Central Working Committee. The Central Working Committee of NADA has also decided to complete the election process for the selection of office bearers in the near future.
